How our shop helps

  • Drilling and edgework in-house Holes, countersinks, seamed, ground or polished edges — no second vendor, no second freight leg.
  • Tempering under the same roof Cut, printed and tempered in one building, so a print revision doesn't ripple through three subcontractors.
  • Large-format CNC cutting Shapes, notches and radii cut from your DXF or DWG on lites up to 90" × 144".
  • Ceramic frit screen printing Borders, blackout bands, logos and legends fired into the glass during tempering. Permanent.

FAQ

Questions we get about display case glass

Something not covered? Call the shop — you'll reach someone who has run the oven.

Why low-iron for display work?

Standard clear glass carries a green cast on exposed edges and washes out product color at thickness. Low-iron reads neutral, which matters in a case with lighting.

Can you drill for patch fittings and pulls?

Yes — all holes, notches and countersinks are cut before tempering, so send the hardware template with the drawing.

How flat is your tempered glass?

We can run low-distortion cycles for display work where roller wave would show in a lit reflection. Flag it on the order.
