Bus door glass, cut and printed for door hardware

Door glazing is its own problem — tight radii, hardware holes, and a frame that won't forgive 1/16". We cut door lites on the CNC, print the border and temper them marked and ready to glaze.

How our shop helps

  • DOT-approved vehicle glazing Marked and documented automotive and recreational vehicle glass, not a shop working around the requirement.
  • Large-format CNC cutting Shapes, notches and radii cut from your DXF or DWG on lites up to 90" × 144".
  • Ceramic frit screen printing Borders, blackout bands, logos and legends fired into the glass during tempering. Permanent.
  • Drilling and edgework in-house Holes, countersinks, seamed, ground or polished edges — no second vendor, no second freight leg.

FAQ

Questions we get about bus door glass

Something not covered? Call the shop — you'll reach someone who has run the oven.

How tight a radius can you cut?

Tight enough for typical door corner profiles, but radius interacts with thickness and tempering. Send the profile and we'll confirm before you tool the frame.

Can holes go close to the edge?

There's a minimum edge distance for temperable holes. We check every hole schedule against it and tell you if a location needs to move.

Do you supply matched sets per door?

Yes — kitted and racked by door position so the assembler isn't sorting lites.
